Valentine's Day falls on a Friday this year, so you have ZERO excuse to not come spend it with us at Snowdonia. Chef is busy crafting some sweet & savory specials that you and your loved one/friend/mother/life-size doll will be sure to devour. Our Valentine's Dinner selections:

1) Smoked, Braised Short Rib over Horseradish Mashed Potatoes
2) Pan-Roasted Mahi Mahi Fillet in Spicy Tomato Broth with Olives and Fennel 
3) Truffled Cauliflower Soup
